Bill Gates thinks it’s best to rent lazy individuals. No, critically. He famously stated, “I select a lazy individual to do a tough job. As a result of a lazy individual will discover a simple solution to do it.”

I do not disagree with the premise. Selecting an individual who will do a job the “straightforward approach” and clear up the troublesome drawback in entrance of them will be higher than placing your most bold group on it. The toughest approach is commonly not one of the best ways. In reality, within the startup world, over delivering will be simply as harmful as beneath delivering when money and time are finite assets and a lesser answer would have solved the issue successfully. Choosing the bottom hanging fruit doesn’t make an individual lazy, nor does taking the extra apparent path, nor does really taking trip. It makes them good at prioritization, environment friendly staff and more resilient people.
